Delete your SYQEL account

This permanently erases your SYQEL account and the personal data attached to it. To protect your account, we first verify your email, then hold the request for a 7-day cool-off — sign back in any time within that window to cancel it.

What deletion means

  • Every active SYQEL subscription is cancelled (Live, Art, and Desktop).
  • Your SYQEL account and sign-in are permanently deleted across all apps.
  • Entitlements, credits, and device records are permanently deleted.
  • Purchases already made are not refunded by this process.

We email you a sign-in link to prove the address is yours — no password needed.
