Pricing questions
Can I try it before subscribing?
Yes — SYQEL Desktop is free to download and try — every visual, world, feed and output works, with a SYQEL watermark on the output. A subscription removes the watermark, lets you show your own branding instead, and raises your monthly AI visual allowance.
Where do I buy a plan?
Inside the app, on the Billing screen. Download SYQEL Desktop, sign in, and pick a plan there — that way your subscription is attached to your account straight away.
Does one subscription really cover all three apps?
Yes. Pro, Deluxe and Elite each unlock SYQEL Desktop, SYQEL Live and SYQEL Art together — one subscription, all three.
What is a Gig Pass?
A one-time 24-hour pass with full Pro access for a single event — no subscription. Includes commercial and live-event use.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, and it is cheaper: Pro is $35 a month, or $300 a year — which works out at $25 a month. Deluxe and Elite save the same way. Choose annual on the Billing screen in the app.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month (or annual if you prefer) and you can cancel at any time from the billing portal.
