SYQEL Desktop changed how it is sold.
This page shows the new way, the old plans, and what it means for you.
The new way

The unlock and updates
Pay once. The watermark is gone for good on the version you bought.
- That goes for every version released within your 12 months of updates.
- You keep using those versions forever.
- Versions released after your 12 months show the watermark until you renew updates.
All-Access
- All-Access is every visual pack, now and in the future.
- It does not remove the watermark.
- It does not include AI visuals.

The old plans: Pro, Deluxe and Elite
These subscriptions are no longer offered to new customers.
If you have one, nothing changes for you.

- Your plan covers SYQEL Desktop, SYQEL Live and SYQEL Art.
- It keeps renewing as before, until you cancel.
The Gig Pass
The Gig Pass (24 hours of Pro) is no longer sold for SYQEL Desktop.
Passes already bought are honored.
Should I switch?
You don’t have to. Nothing forces a switch.
- Happy with your subscription? Keep it. Everything stays included.
- Want to stop paying monthly? The unlock is one payment. Cancel your subscription when you are ready. Packs and AI visuals are then sold separately.
- New to SYQEL Desktop? Try it free first. Buy the unlock when it is part of your show.
Manage your billing
- Subscribers: in SYQEL, open Settings › Billing and click Open Billing Portal. See How to manage your SYQEL subscription.
- Store purchases (the unlock, packs, All-Access, AI credits): sign in to SYQEL Desktop with the email you paid with, and they show up in the app.
