Delete Your SYQEL Account

You can permanently delete your SYQEL account and the personal data attached to it at any time, no email back-and-forth required. The whole flow lives at syqel.com/erase.

What deletion does

• Cancels every active SYQEL subscription (SYQEL Live, SYQEL Art, and SYQEL Desktop).
• Permanently deletes your SYQEL account and sign-in across all apps.
• Permanently deletes your entitlements, credits, and device records.
• Purchases already made are not refunded by this process.

Deletion is irreversible once it runs — which is why there’s a built-in safety window.

How it works

1. Go to syqel.com/erase and enter your account email.
2. We email you a sign-in link — clicking it proves the address is yours. No password needed.
3. Confirm, and your deletion is scheduled with a 7-day cool-off.
4. After the 7 days, everything above is erased automatically.

Changed your mind?

Any time during the 7-day cool-off, return to syqel.com/erase and sign in with the same email — you’ll see your pending request and a button to cancel it. Your account stays exactly as it was.
