How to pick a virtual stage for your DJ live stream
A stage is a virtual venue. It has screens, and your visuals play on them, moving with the music. You stand in the booth, in front of it all.
Pick a stage
- On the Live screen, find Virtual Stage.
- Click a stage. The whole room changes around you.
- To see all twelve stages, from a beach club to a space station, press View all, or open Scenes.
Three stages are free: Neon Club, Warehouse and Rooftop Sunset. The others, like Main Stage, Beach Club and Space Station, need a plan or a Gig Pass.
Choose how the visuals fill the screens
On the Scenes page, under Visuals on the screens, pick one:
- Duplicate: the same visual on every screen.
- Extend: one visual stretched across all the screens.
Tips
- The first time you open a stage, it can take about a second to appear. After that, switching is instant.
- Try the stage with your webcam on. Some stages suit a close shot, others a wide one.
- Not every stream needs a stage. See Layouts: visuals only, picture in picture, side by side.
