Marquee Text Settings

The marquee scrolls a line of text across the visuals. It works on every plan.

Set it up

Open Settings (the cog in the top bar) and choose Marquee. Then set:

• Message — the text to scroll.
• Text Color — pick a color or type a code.
• Font (installed) — choose from the fonts listed.
• Direction — Left or Right.
• Position (%) — 0 is the top of the screen, 100 the bottom.
• Speed — 0 to 100.
• Font size — 20 to 200.

The Preview — where it sits on screen box updates as you change things. There is nothing to save; changes apply straight away, and they sync to your other devices through Account Sync.

Show it

Close Settings and press M to show or hide the marquee. It starts hidden each time you open SYQEL.

Tip: bright, busy visuals can make text hard to read. Go bigger, and pick a color that contrasts with your visuals.
