Save your SYQEL Studio visual and play it in SYQEL Desktop and Live
When you like how your visual looks in Studio, save it to your SYQEL account. Sign in with the same account in SYQEL Desktop and SYQEL Live, and it’s there: your version of the visual, on the stage, moving with your music. The video was filmed with rekordbox playing.
Save in Studio
- Press Save at the top.
- Studio asks for a name. Type one and press OK.
- The button changes to Saving…, then to Save ✓.
It’s saved to your SYQEL account, and only you can see it. In Studio, you’ll find it at the top of your library, under My visuals. To delete one, click the × on its tile.
Changed it again? Press Save again.
Play it in SYQEL Desktop
- Open SYQEL Desktop, signed in to the same account.
- Click the gear icon for Settings.
- Under Library, click the My Studio visuals chip. There it is.
- Click it to play it, and go back to the stage. Your visual follows your set.
Your Studio visuals also make a My Studio visuals playlist you can pick from Playing from. More in Play your SYQEL Studio visuals in SYQEL Desktop.
Want to change something later? Edit it in Studio and save. The changes show up in SYQEL Desktop when you’re online: it checks when you sign in, when you click Sync Now in Settings › Account Sync, and when you come back to its window.
SYQEL Desktop works alongside Serato, rekordbox and any app that plays sound on your computer, so your own visuals sit behind your DJ set without changing how you play.
Play it in SYQEL Live
On the Visuals page, open the My Studio visuals tab. Click Sync now to fetch your latest saves. Live keeps a copy, so your visuals also play offline.
From Live back to Studio
In Live’s visual preview, click Edit in Studio ↗. Studio opens that same visual, ready to change.
Tips
- Edit in Studio, play in the apps. Make the change, save, then sync.
